The RCD's nonprofit, the Tehama Conservation Fund (TCF), brings the Wild & Scenic® Film Festival to Red Bluff for the 10th year! To celebrate, we are happy to announce that two local films will be featured. The Tehama Conservation Fund values this festival as a way to connect with the community, share in the joy that the great outdoors provide, celebrate local conservation efforts, and support stewardship through film.
