Todd Bullock

I was raised in Red Bluff and lived in several different places including Las Vegas NV, Baltimore MA, Chico, Mountain View, Redding CA before returning to Red Bluff. I studied Liberal Arts at both Johns Hopkins University and University of Baltimore prior to moving back to California. Before joining with the RCDTC, I worked as Assistant Cruise Director with Celebrity Cruises and am now pursuing the Professional Certification and Associates Degree in GIS from Shasta College in Redding, CA. With my GIS knowledge I work with RCDTC staff to create maps and perform spatial analysis for several projects, including TinderSmart Tehama, Mobile Irrigation lab and much more! From volcanoes to cinder cones to lahar formations, Red Bluff, Tehama County and Northern California as a whole is rich in geographical areas of interest. Outside of work I love spending time with my animals on my small 8 acre farm in Red Bluff. I also love swimming and hiking in Red Bank Creek, and backpacking in the Ishi Wilderness. I am thrilled to lend my services as cartographer, geographer and spatial analyst for the RCDTC with the goal of sharing these skills to further RCDTC projects and beneft the citizens of Tehama County.
