Todd Bullock

“From volcanoes and cinder cones to vernal pools and rare newt migrations, Red Bluff, Tehama County and Northern California together are rich in geographical areas of interest. I love it all and can’t learn enough!”
Todd's roots are deeply planted in Red Bluff, though his journey has taken him across the country. He has lived in vibrant cities like Las Vegas, NV, and Baltimore, MD, as well as charming California locales such as Chico, Mountain View, and Redding. His academic pursuits led him to study Liberal Arts at both Johns Hopkins University and the University of Baltimore. Currently, Todd is enhancing his expertise by pursuing a Professional Certification and an associate’s degree in GIS (Geographical Information Systems) from Shasta College.
In his role at the RCDTC, Todd serves as a cartographer, geographer, and spatial analyst, bringing invaluable GIS fluency to our projects. His passion for mapping and spatial analysis is matched by his dedication to the community.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys the tranquility of his 8-acre farm in Red Bluff, where he spends quality time with his animals. He is an avid swimmer and hiker, often exploring the serene Red Bank Creek, and he loves backpacking adventures in the Ishi Wilderness and Mendocino National Forest.
